Terms & Condition (Requesting Support Online)
This online support is available to all our customers. Field marks with (*) are compulsory in order to better serve you. All support request will be channel to our support / technical department. Response time: Minimum response time is within 4 hours during normal business day and next business day (NBD) subject to availability and ime of report. On-site support: This support request is subject to online support only. On-site support shall be arranged in accordance to customer's site, location and availability. A minimal charges may be imposed. Standard charges: A minimum of RM150 per manhour shall be charged with minimum of 2 (two) hours per case. However, this charges does not includes accommodation, meal, transport or any other related charges such as rental and replacement of on-loan equipment.
